I had my columellar strut removed 7 months ago and had been getting by just okay, but recently I caught a cold and have been struggling for a few days. So I blew my nose a few times and stuff, and now my nose feels extremely stuffy, uncomfortable, and tight ㅠㅠ Isn’t this around the time when the contraction phase should be over? I don’t know if a nose after removal is normally this sensitive even to a cold, or if this is a side effect, but it’s been so uncomfortable for days. Even though I’m 7 months post-op, it suddenly feels tight and pressured, but there’s nothing in my nose.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
