I had a consultation today for revision rhinoplasty, but every clinic I go to recommends a different surgical method, so I’m completely confused. There is one plan that I’m leaning toward, so please review it objectively for me.
I wanted to improve my hump nose and bulbous nose, so 13 years ago I had the hump shaved down, silicone placed on the nasal bridge, and the nasal tip operated on with septal cartilage and ear cartilage. But my nose ended up looking bigger and artificial, so I was unhappy with it.
I decided to remove the silicone and lower the bridge naturally without an implant, and since my bulbous nose was originally quite severe, the direction is to shape the nasal tip.
