I did posterior canthoplasty and lower canthoplasty together, and also did under-eye fat repositioning at the same time. Mine was done externally, not through the conjunctiva. I was not planning to do anything incisional because of scarring and the recovery period, but they said proper repositioning has to be done externally, so that’s how I ended up doing it. My eyes looked a bit sharp, so I wanted them to look softer and went for a posterior and lower canthoplasty consultation, but they said I have scleral show, so they couldn’t do too much. They also said I would need lowering of the outer eye corners ㅠㅠ So I asked them to make it as natural as possible while still effective. It’s not that I had no bruising at all; I did have bruising, and my eyes were red with conjunctival edema too…
