I got double eyelid surgery with the non-incisional method, but it came undone quickly I guess my eyes weren't suitable for non-incisional double eyelid surgery. The staff were generally kind, and the aftercare comes with 1 year of A/S. I like that they make you come in periodically to schedule hospital visits. My eyes needed the incisional method, but they made a misjudgment, so I went to another hospital and had them cut it open again with the incisional method
