It's been 9 days since I had nose surgery, and every time I lower my head I feel dizzy. If I sleep and then get up suddenly in the morning, I feel dizzy, and if I close my eyes while riding public transportation or in a car, it feels like everything is spinning. Also, I don't know if this is related, but no matter how long I sleep, my eyes get tired quickly. Is this a side effect, or will it just get better with time? I called the hospital, and they said for now to avoid lowering my head as much as possible, not to take long walks, and to manage my condition well, but I don't really know what this is. If anyone had the exact same symptoms as me, please share your review
