I had rhinoplasty with the student discount and came back after getting the splint removed, and it turned out better than I expected! I was thinking of going implant-free, but they said my radix was low and my nasal tip was already high, so raising only the tip would not look pretty, and that they could not operate that way. I wanted an implant-free surgery because I was worried about silicone side effects, but other hospitals had said they would do it. Instead, because they said they would not do it, I trusted them more for being firm about it.
