I finally decided to get the alar reduction that had been a lifelong complex, and my satisfaction is so high. I had surgery at a place famous for alar reduction, with improvement of alar curvature and correction of alar drooping through a minimal intranasal incision, and maybe because I had seen so many reviews here and there, I was very mentally prepared, so I had the consultation and surgery on the same day. It was done under local anesthesia after a few injections, and honestly, I didn’t think it hurt much.
