I finally decided to get the alar reduction that had been a lifelong complex, and my satisfaction is so high. I had surgery at a place famous for alar reduction, with improvement of alar curvature and correction of alar drooping through a minimal intranasal incision, and maybe because I had seen so many reviews here and there, I was very mentally prepared, so I had the consultation and surgery on the same day. It was done under local anesthesia after a few injections, and honestly, I didn’t think it hurt much. Strong mentalityㅎ Right after surgery my nose was very swollen and tight, so I think I was just waiting for it to go down quickly. I’m currently one month post-op, and people around me don’t notice unless I tell them…
