I have a fleshy, soft bulbous nose, but there was no effect. I think the fact that it doesn't contain steroids is a plus. I got it right away lying on the bed without a doctor's consultation, and when I got the nostril-wing Botox, it really hurt, just like other people said. I don't think I'll get it a second time... It feels like a typical factory-style clinic.
