It’s been 3 days since surgery. I went today to have the packing removed, and since it was my first surgery, maybe I just don’t know, but the tip of my nose feels way too lifted and from the front it seems like I can see too much inside my nose. Is it because the splint hasn’t been removed yet? Or is it because the swelling hasn’t gone down enough? Or did the surgery go wrong?
