Implant material: replaced the implant, and used donated cartilage and septal cartilage. The nasal tip was lifted and the nasal bridge was crooked, so I was in a situation where I couldn’t avoid revision surgery. Since I was doing it anyway, I asked them to make the nasal tip more defined and projected. During my first surgery, the shape was so unimpressive that you couldn’t even tell I had surgery, and it wouldn’t be an exaggeration to say that my bulbous nose correction wasn’t done at all. So at this point, I’m very satisfied. I also feel like this nose suits my current face better than my previous nose. I’m only now realizing that one nose can change the whole vibe.
