Review of facial fat grafting

I had full-face fat grafting up to the 3rd round. The 1st round had the most engraftment, about 20%, so it was dramatic, and for the 2nd and 3rd rounds, I only had small amounts added as touch-ups. I did go up to the 3rd round, but the engraftment rate doesn’t seem that high, to the point that people I know can barely tell. Still, my facial contours have softened a lot.
