Hehe, since my height is 170 cm, I wasn’t that overweight if you only looked at my weight, but compared with my arms or stomach, a lot of fat was especially concentrated in my thighs, so anyone could tell I had a lower-body-heavy figure. People with lower-body heaviness will know this, but when you wear pants, you somehow look even heavier..? So I used to mostly wear long dresses every day, but after succeeding with liposuction and dieting, these days I’ve been buying and wearing a lot of jeans too haha It’s true that I lost fat from thigh liposuction, but as soon as I recovered to some extent, I immediately went on a salad and chicken breast diet + exercising by the Han River, and lost more than 10 kg. I got a thigh gap too, and since I lost a lot of weight overall, I feel like I’m living a new life. After liposuction, definitely diet too. Seriously, it’s an opportunity to lose weight rapidly, like having a booster attached. Now, rather than losing more, I’m going to keep exercising steadily with the idea of maintaining it.
