I was absolutely focused on a natural nose and safety. I went to about 3 places for consultations and ended up doing it here, because what the director pursued matched my needs. First, I had nostril base reduction, the hump lightly shaved down, and silicone. There are very slight scars inside the nostrils on the sides of my nose, kind of like tiny bits of protruding flesh, but they’re scars only I know about.
