I had nasal bridge surgery several times, and since they say the ultimate form of tuning is returning to original, I had the silicone removed. The nasal tip was done so well that I am very satisfied with the shape of my nose, but it is unfortunate that there was damage to the outer skin The hospital says it was my fault, but in my opinion, the subcutaneous fat and dermal layer damage came from the inside, so I wonder if something went wrong during dissection. But I suppose the hospital is right..
