I had nose surgery in January last year using ear cartilage, septal cartilage, and silicone. Honestly, I didn't go around for consultations elsewhere; I had a consultation here through a friend's recommendation and got surgery right away. My nose is kind of long, and I said I absolutely wanted my nose to look shorter and a bit more feminine, and asked them to make it natural. But after a year passed, the nasal tip drooped too, and it became way too natural... lol I regret not asking for it to be a bit more defined, so I'm thinking about revision surgery. For my first surgery, I didn't show any photos and only explained verbally, so maybe the director's standard of naturalness was different from mine...
