Personally, I like the very last photo the most. It's the most recent photo, and because of that, I think rhinoplasty is a surgery with high satisfaction as much as it settles into place. Looking at my pre-op photos, my nose was big enough that friends called me big-nosed, while adults called it a bulbous nose, so I lived with it in my own way. But I felt like my nose was dragging down my overall facial image, so I made a big decision and got rhinoplasty. Honestly, shopping around everywhere for consultations is not something my personality can do, so I just looked up one or two places famous for rhinoplasty and went. Maybe because they were famous, even making a consultation appointment...
