As winter came, the tightness in my nasal tip, foreign-body sensation, silicone movement, and the silicone showing through and being palpable got so severe that I couldn’t go about daily life. Every time something felt wrong with my nose, my mental state got really bad, and I wasn’t in my right mind. In the end, I went around to consultations and, as quickly as possible, only had the straight silicone implant removed and the capsule removed. Originally, I had only had a straight silicone implant inserted without any manipulation of the nasal tip. It’s now days 4-5, and since it was removed through a closed approach, it only throbbed on the first day, and now I’m going about daily life with no issues at all.
