I had nose surgery ten years ago without knowing much, and they only used septal cartilage, but they harvested too much, so my nose became very crooked and asymmetrical. That hospital was even in the news for ghost surgeriesㅠㅠ I need revision surgery, but it’s hard to find information, and I’m scared I’ll end up at a hospital like that again, so I’ve been putting it off for ten years. Now I’ve finally made up my mind to get surgery. My skin is thin, my nasal septum is very deviated, and my nostrils are very asymmetrical. If anyone has had a natural-looking nose revision at a hospital, could you recommend it before you go? I’ve been living on antidepressants because of my nose, and now I’m just depressed...

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
