I originally did have a bridge to some extent, but my nasal tip was on the lower side, so it felt a little disappointing and bothered me. It kind of made my mouth look protruded for no reason So I went for a rhinoplasty consultation. When I told the doctor that I was scared of silicone, he said I didn’t necessarily need to put it in, so I had implant-free rhinoplasty without putting any separate implant in the nasal bridge. Isn’t this seriously a huge improvement? Maybe because I definitely didn’t put in silicone, the sensation feels similar to before surgery, and the shape doesn’t look overly artificial either.
