I had revision surgery because of a step-off that happened after my first surgery, and I wanted the elegant nose line with the lowered columella that only this clinic does, so I deliberately chose a specific director. But after surgery, it ended up looking like the first photo. The columella was straight, and the nasal bridge was bumpy too, so I really argued a lot with the director, saying I felt like I’d been scammed. But they said that over time, the upturned nose would come down and it would be okay, so I cried while getting treatment and lived like that. Their response is fast. It’s been a little over a month now, I think? It is better than before. If only the swelling goes down, it’s exactly the nose I wanted. Is it possible for just the swelling to go down from here without the shape changing… wait…
