As you can tell from the photos, I was concerned about my small, low nose, but I really hated the blunt, spread-out bulbous nose/dragon-nose shapeㅜ Before surgery, I think I used to do heavy nose contouring to try to cover it somehow. I didn’t want to be stressed anymore, so during my consultation at the clinic, I asked them to make my nose slim and definedㅎㅎ The columella area also looked awkward, so they corrected that too, and they brought out dimension from both the front and side views.
