When men get rhinoplasty, they say on CT that my septal cartilage is sufficient, but [ alar reduction hump nose silicone donated costal cartilage septal cartilage osteotomy bulbous nose improvement upturned nose improvement short nose correction nasolabial angle line improvement ] they say donated costal cartilage absolutely has to be used for the nasal tip. Is this right? People around me say there are also people who only use ear cartilage, but the consultation manager says it is definitely right to choose between donated costal cartilage and autologous costal cartilage. When I asked if the nasal tip could not be done with septal cartilage, she said no. I really don’t know what’s what.
