About 4 years ago I had nose alar reduction. Back then I did not really know much, so I went without even comparing clinics, just because I wanted something simple. The consultation was short and it felt like it ended with nothing much. They said to reduce by a few millimeters and also recommended cartilage reduction and removing the hump, but at that time I needed to recover in about a week, so I could not do it. Now I regret not doing it The price was much cheaper than now too. Anyway, it was years ago, so I remember having the alar reduction done for under 1 million won. Still, because it was a relatively simple surgery(?), I like the result even though I did not have a lot of consultation. My whole nose was originally round, so after only reducing the alar base it did seem to become a bit rounder and duller, but it still feels more feminine and more refined!! There is still a tiny bit of scar tissue, but only I can feel it, no one else knows. No one knows I had surgery; I just get told I lost weight and that I look prettier!! If you want a natural result, I strongly recommend it. If they also recommend cartilage tying, it might be good to do it together
