Originally, I had a hump on my nose, and my nasal tip was blunt and droopy. I lived with it as a complex my whole life, and after finally working up the courage, I spent a lot of money and had surgery.... I think I was only happy for a few days right after surgery while I still had the tape on... looking forward to how I would look once the tape came off... The time I spent believing it was just swelling after the tape came off....... As of today, it has been exactly fifteen days since the surgery... They said that after about 2 weeks, most of the swelling would be gone.. But even when I look at it, it really does not seem like swelling.... The hump is still there too.. And the area beside the nasal bridge where the bone was shaved... I cannot tell if they shaved it or not.... The nasal tip is honestly ve~ry similar to before surgery... They said they tied the cartilage and raised it with ear cartilage.... Is it because they did not build up the columella? The nasal tip is blunt and drooping downward.... Maybe I should not have told anyone that I had surgery..... Every time I meet my close friends, they all ask whether I really had surgery..... It makes me even, even, even more stressed.. I am so, so scared of revision surgery too..... If I ask them to do revision surgery, will they do it? And... what I am most curious about.... What if I ask them to build up the columella again? The doctor said from the beginning that building up the columella was not possible because it causes many side effects..... Awoong.......... I am really depressed.... Please give me lots of advice~!!!!!
