I scheduled it saying I’d do it before Chuseok and today is already here..ㅠ.ㅠ since it’s past 3 a.m. now.. I had the initial consultation with the doctor, then made the reservation by phone a few days later.. so I couldn’t talk in great detail about my nose shape and things like that. I only kept looking at other people’s photos..ㅠ_ㅠ;; I can’t explain it. I’ll have another consultation before surgery tomorrow, but.. I have a severe bulbous nose and a collapsed nasal bone, so we decided to do osteotomy, Gore-Tex for the nasal bridge, and septal cartilage for the nasal tip. They said they won’t do the columella. Since it’s a bulbous nose.. I’m worried it might just go back to how it was; is that okay? Since I can’t explain it well, I’m thinking of just bringing photos from everyone here or various nose photos as examples.. (failed examples, successful examples;) and saying, I like this kind of nose, not this kind; would the doctor dislike that?? They say to trust and follow the doctor.. but just saying “Please do it well~” and going into surgery feels a bit.. both seem irresponsible. Nose shapes are also a matter of taste.. I’m worried that if the doctor feels offended before surgery, the surgery might turn out badly too. I don’t really have much glabella, but my forehead is also a bit flat, so I don’t think the glabella will be raised much. (I guess it can’t be raised.) My face isn’t sharp and is a bit round, and my chin is retruded too; I don’t like an overly pointy nose.. anyway, since it’s a bulbous nose, it probably won’t become that way.. ugh.. I feel like my head is going to explode, sob sob..ㅠ.ㅠ Did everyone feel like this.. About the nose shape, when we briefly talked, I asked what style of nose they operate toward, and they said straight. They said they’d do mine straight too. That it would suit me. When I said I like a semi-mushroom nose.. they said that the nasal dorsum is all straight, and whether the area under the nasal tip is rounded or not is what determines it, and so on.. they spoke as if what I explained was wrong. What does a straight nose mean.. The nuance seemed like they didn’t really like semi-mushroom noses; the nasal dorsum line can be made C-shaped, but they spoke as if it’s not very pretty..;; A nasal dorsum line that’s slightly curved with the nasal tip about halfway lifted is a semi-mushroom nose, right? ..Then a straight nose.. does it mean the nasal dorsum is straight and the line from the nasal tip to the lips is also straight.. sigh.. This is the part I’m most worried about ㅠ.ㅠ.;; Oh.. and when I asked how many millimeters I should do.. they said, well, maybe 3 mm would be enough.. My nasal bridge is just average, but right now it’s pressed down because of the collapse. The middle is a bit pressed in.. the middle is low, but the nasal tip height isn’t low. Isn’t 3 mm with Gore-Tex too low? I heard Gore-Tex gets absorbed.. If it’s an average-height nose, how many millimeters do people usually do? For silicone, people usually do about 3 mm.. If silicone is 3 mm, is Gore-Tex about 4 mm?? Because of the few things I asked.. I can’t sleep now.. If you see this, I’ll be stuck to the computer until this morning... please say at least one word~~~ I can’t sleep and I feel like I’m dying.ㅠ.ㅠ I’m scared.. I leave home at 12 tomorrow.. sob.. ㅠ.ㅠ..Please give me strength~~~
