Hump osteotomy, 2-3 mm silicone, ear cartilage for the nasal tip Please... look at my nose`~ I had a hump nose... the nasal tip was blunt and drooped really badly... so I mainly asked for nasal tip correction, and asked them to make the bridge as natural as possible... but it's this high... The doctor said that if they did a hump osteotomy... the bridge would get a little... lower, so he would place 2-3 mm of silicone naturally... but... Today is day 6.... As the swelling goes down... does the nose get lower??? And.... they made the nasal tip too.... pointy, so the side profile is okay..... but from the front.... it's way too sharp like Pinocchio`~ Will this also.... get better as the swelling goes down??? The doctor said.... even if I got surgery, my nose couldn't become slim, but he made it this pointy~~. It looks so obviously operated on...... Could it be because they put in a lot of ear cartilage.... Can it be removed??? I'm worried about all sorts of things... Ah~~~ also.. during the surgery... I heard the nurse and the doctor talking..... When the doctor asked how the shape looked.... the nurse said... it looked okay..... but wasn't it too pointy? That comment really bothered me... and just as expected~~~ sigh.... it's a sharp-looking nose bridge. I will wait diligently.... trying to reduce swelling.... until the swelling goes down.... but I can't help feeling worried....... I'm so worried~~ The thing I'm most worried about is that my nose looks too pointy from the front~~ My nose.... compared with other people... has a lot of depression on the sides of the nose.... Could it look even pointier because of that depression??? Sigh~
