6-Month Review After Revision Rhinoplasty

Before <before surgery> After after after after Before <recent> Before <recent> Surgery information - nasal tip (cadaver cartilage), nasal bridge (silicone)

I had my first surgery with septal cartilage + silicone and lived with it for about 8-9 years? Then I had revision surgery this time, and I’m completely satisfied. My previous nose had a low nasal tip compared with the bridge and had a straight-looking line, so it looked very masculineㅠ It didn’t suit my face either, and I really didn’t like it. Still, because there were no functional problems, it was even harder to decide on revision surgery. I saw so many posts about side effects and failed results after revision surgery done because of dissatisfaction with the shape.. I was really worried that the same thing might happen to me too, so I couldn’t even sleep until the day before surgeryㅠㅠ But I trusted Director Cheon and went ahead with the surgery, and I’m so satisfied with the result!!

Since I didn’t have functional problems before, of course there hasn’t been any worsening of function or anything like that. The line came out exactly the way I wanted, so my satisfaction with the shape is the highestㅎ And actually, I have facial asymmetry, but that’s difficult to improve.. Since it’s not just the nose that’s crooked, but the whole face is asymmetrical, including the height of my eyes and cheekbones, I knew it would be hard to properly align the nose to the center. But before surgery, I wasn’t sure if the silicone in my nose was crooked or if my nose itself was crookedㅠ From the front, it was a bit curved like a C-shape. I asked the director before surgery to correct that just a little, and since I knew it would be difficult, I didn’t have high expectationsㅠ But if you look at the after-surgery photos, it hardly looks crooked, right? It really improved a lot, and I’m so satisfied!!

These days I really feel that even changing just the nose can make your image look very different! I hope this review helps people who are considering revision surgery like me~
