I’m a man thinking of getting rhinoplasty, but why shouldn’t autologous costal cartilage be used from the first surgery? I feel like I heard that before. And if possible, is it definitely better to use autologous tissue? How long is the recovery period? Would I be able to go to work within 4 days after surgery?
