Because the hump was long and large, it made my midface look even longer.. But I was really scared of osteotomy for the hump, so I thought about it a lot. After going to consultations, they said my nasal side bones weren’t wide and my hump wasn’t an extremely severe type, so they could make the nose I wanted just by shaving it down. So I shaved down the hump and placed a thin layer of silicone haha!
My nose looked long, which made me look older, but after improving the hump and also correcting the long nose, my midface definitely looks shorter. I think I look younger than before, and my face definitely looks more balanced haha I really think hump nose surgery has a huge effect when it turns out well.. I’m satisfied because I feel like my impression has definitely changed. It improved well, right haha!
