It's been a little over 3 years since my nose surgery, and I thought it would be okay because I didn't use silicone, but it's been about 23 months since contracture started. I take more than 100 photos a day, and seeing it get lifted more and more makes my self-esteem drop hard. Even when I meet my girlfriend, it's hard to look her straight in the eye. I feel like I need removal or revision surgery to live properly, but if I remove it, I'm worried my nose might become really ugly, or maybe it could lift even more. And with revision surgery, thinking about living with the worry that contracture might come again makes it hard to decide. If I get revision surgery, is the chance of contracture higher...
