My natural nose was low and the tip was round, so I had a very gentle impression, but 10 years ago I lifted it with silicone and ear cartilage. I never wanted to be pretty like a celebrity; I just had such a small nose that my mom took me in and had it done. Since then I’ve been satisfied, but lately I’ve been getting foreign-body discomfort and pain often, so I’m thinking about removal. I want full removal and surgery so the tip can stay rounded and not droop, but are there people who had similar surgery? I’m curious whether you returned to your original nose or still feel satisfied.
