I used a septal support graft and only raised the nasal tip, in the concept of extension. My nose became too long and droopy, so I’m trying to remove it. In this case, if I remove the support graft, could it be that with total removal, the nose spreads out even more widely than my original nose? In reviews, I’ve seen people say that since the nose had been operated on, it doesn’t spread more than the original nose, but my original nose was a bulbous nose with a spread-out feel, so I’m worried. My original nose wasn’t droopy. It was just a typical bulbous nose.
