I have a bulbous nose and it’s a revision surgery, so I need more informationㅜ Implant replacement + autologous rib cartilage + nasolabial angle + bulbous nose correction + osteotomy + alar reduction If anyone has had surgery similar to this, please let me knowㅎㅎ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
