I decided to remove only the silicone with a closed approach on Friday at a place in Hongdae. But I keep feeling anxious, so I asked the consultant, and they said adjusting the height of the nasal tip requires an open approach, and with a closed approach they only do things like trimming the cartilage. SSY said they would even adjust the step-off, but my silicone implant is fairly high ㅜㅜ I’m suddenly anxious. I think when I consulted with the director, they did say it was possible
