I’m currently considering complete removal, and my first choice is GS. For a while, I felt so disillusioned because of removal that I thought a lot about whether to have surgery or not, but I think surgery is definitely necessary, so for now my first choice is GS. The surgical method is, if the shape changes severely during removal surgery, to shape the nose with the cartilage that was previously used and reinforce the thinned skin with buttock dermis. But there are some reviews saying that after surgery at GS there is no contour, so I want to know whether people who had removal there also felt that way.
