I developed contracture, so I'm thinking of getting revision rhinoplasty;; For my first surgery, they built up my nose with silicone, and it was done in an L-shape. Now my nasal tip has also gotten shorter and turned up, so it's definitely contracture;; This time, even if I have to empty my wallet, I'm thinking of trying autologous rib cartilage. Where is good for autologous rib cartilage? Autologous rib cartilage doesn't cause contracture and has fewer side effects, right? It's sturdy too, right? The problem is the scar.. Please recommend somewhere that handles autologous rib cartilage well I know there are many places that are good at noses, but it's hard to find places that are good with autologous rib cartilage, so please help me ㅠ
