I’m in my 3rd year after rhinoplasty with donated cartilage and silicone, and I can feel that the inside of the right side of my nose is swollen. The nasal tip is red in a narrow area, and it hurts when I press the right nasal ala. I’m taking antibiotics diligently, but I’m scared it might progress to contracture… I’ve only been to an ENT clinic, and I really haven’t had time to go to the hospital where I had the surgery. Has anyone had a similar experience?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
