First, I want removal of silicone mesh and angle/shape adjustment of only the nasal tip with autologous cartilage. No side effects or inflammation, just dissatisfaction with the shape. I had consultations at CM, SSO, PRM, SY, and GYS, and I am ultimately deciding between SSO and PRM. Both have the same surgical method: complete removal, then septal cartilage, ear cartilage, and cartilage repositioning. Clinic A does not feel like a modern plastic surgery clinic and has more of a local clinic atmosphere. The director is a very meticulous type. Since it is not inflammation, capsule removal is not mandatory. If I want it, an additional 50 is expected. Expected surgery time 2-3. I understand they do not use a splint or cotton packing.
