First surgery 8 years ago: silicone and ear cartilage. Revision surgery 3 years ago: after total removal, septal columellar strut and filling the nasal bridge step-off with septal cartilage and ear cartilage. Third surgery 1 year ago: total removal. It has now been a little less than 1 year and 1 month since the total removal, and from 7 months ago I started having a slight pressure sensation. Around a month ago, after I caught a cold with nasal symptoms, I started feeling pressure and aching at the nasal tip, and when it’s severe, I even feel pressure up to the upper lateral cartilage The skin color toward the nasal wall has also become dull. I went to the clinic where I had surgery, an ENT clinic, and another plastic surgery clinic, but they all say there is nothing abnormal.
