Aside from the usual top three and a few clinics people often go to for removal, is it okay to have removal done at just a rhinoplasty-specialized clinic? For now, I want to remove my autologous costal cartilage strut and only revise the nasal tip. While researching online, I found 2-3 clinics I like, but they aren’t removal-specialized clinics, so I’m a bit worried. If anyone has removal experience or knows anything, please share
