I’ve had revision nose surgery 4 times, and originally I had a hump nose with a high nose, but at the first hospital they put in silicone so carelessly and it became completely like a man’s nose. I have a hump nose with a somewhat wide nasal ala, and my nostrils show quite a lot, but the nasal tip also droops downward. So later I had surgery at one of those top 3 hospitals to remove it and reshape it too. The middle parts of all the surgeries were so hard, so I’ll skip them. In the end, right now, after removing the silicone, my nasal bridge looks too flat, so I’m really worried, and from the side it looks like a high nose, but …
