I had surgery using silicone, septal cartilage, and ear cartilage, but now I’m looking into removal because of show-through. My natural nose was originally low, wide, and upturned, so if I remove everything, I’m scared that both I and people around me will all notice... For everyone who had removal, did people around you notice a lot, and did it completely go back to your natural nose?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
