I’m curious whether nasal implant removal surgery also has side effects. The implant from my surgery 5 years ago shifted, so it has been one month since I had revision surgery. It turned into an avatar nose / Pinocchio-like nose, I don’t like the shape, and my nostrils are so small that I can’t even fit my pinky finger into my nose. Also, the foreign-body sensation is worse than after my first rhinoplasty, so I want to remove everything and not do anything anymore. More than anything, I feel like I’ve lost myself. -My original nose was very bulbous.
