For my first surgery, I used silicone and ear cartilage to raise it by 2 mm. Around a month later, I saw redness, but the clinic also said it was part of the recovery process, so I just waited too. But gradually, pain developed and parts of the nasal bridge swelled up in a bulging way. Even then, the clinic said it was part of recovery and told me to take Tylenol, and from then on I started using this community. The next day it went down, then 2 weeks later and 1 month later, the number of times it swelled kept increasing, and even when I went to the clinic where I had the surgery, since it had subsided they said it was okay and didn’t prescribe antibiotics.
