The reason I want removal isn’t contracture or inflammation. It’s been over 4 years since the surgery, but one morning I suddenly woke up and there was a depressed-looking scar on the columella area that hadn’t been there before, so I got anxious and just want to remove everything. I went to several hospitals, but they said the scar forming was separate from the nose surgery. When I went for consultations, the hospitals asked why I would remove it unnecessarily, but I feel that if I hadn’t had nose surgery in the first place, a scar wouldn’t have appeared on my columella, so I’m just going to remove it. I will do a full removal, but I’m worried the risk might be too high if everything is taken out, and my original nose was very wide, so I’m not confident I can handle it, so a support strut…
