15 years ago, I had only L-shaped silicone inserted through a closed approach, but I don’t like how artificial the silicone looks, so I want to remove it. My original nasal bridge isn’t that high, but I had a severe bulbous nose. So, through a closed approach, can I remove the L-shaped silicone and, without an implant, use something like ear cartilage to correct only the bulbous nose?
