I have a short bulbous nose, and I had it raised high with septal extension, plus silicone, ear cartilage, and columella projection, but my columella was originally a nose where it barely protruded. I’d have to get a separate consultation for the details, but in my case, would total removal have a high chance of causing columellar retraction? If anyone here had something similar to me and total removal went well, please let me know. It’s been 7 years since surgery, and for 7 years, like an obsession, I’d suddenly look into total removal from time to time. I feel like I’ll be like this for the rest of my life, so I’m planning to at least remove the silicone. The pressure and throbbing are also severe.
