I have a short bulbous nose, and I had it raised high with septal extension, plus silicone, ear cartilage, and columella projection, but my columella was originally a nose where it barely protruded. I’d have to get a separate consultation for the details, but in my case, would total removal have a high chance of causing columellar retraction? If anyone here had something similar to me and total removal went well, please let me know. It’s been 7 years since surgery, and for 7 years, like an obsession, I’d suddenly look into total removal from time to time. I feel like I’ll be like this for the rest of my life, so I’m planning to at least remove the silicone. The pressure and throbbing are also severe. The clinic says total removal is absolutely necessary and cartilage tying is also not…
