I know inflammation varies from person to person, but does it usually happen a lot at the nasal tip? I think I heard it’s because tissue is concentrated there. I’m definitely going to have the silicone removed, but I’m a bit torn about the nasal tip. If I just want to live with peace of mind, complete removal would be the right choice, right? If I leave the nasal tip as is, I’ll probably have to open it up again someday. This is driving me crazy lol ㅠㅜ
