It’s only day 1, so I don’t have much to say, but I’ll write this as a record. These days there don’t seem to be many reviews about full removal. I’m worried it might become upturned, but the doctor said it will come down more, so I’m going to wait and see. I’ve had an autologous costal cartilage strut, autologous costal cartilage bridge augmentation, septal extension, L-shaped silicone, MegaDerm on the nasal bridge, MegaDerm removal, AlloDerm on the nasal bridge, an ear cartilage strut, nasal bridge work, and even hump osteotomy. For reference, the AlloDerm was absorbed, so it wasn’t removed. My original nose wasn’t an upturned nose, but after the 1st surgery it became upturned, during the 2nd surgery it was lowered, then I had it removed because of a fatal aesthetic issue and had a 3rd surgery, but during the 3rd surgery it became upturned again. Full removal was something I had given up on…

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
