After nose surgery, the most stressful part is the columellar scar. Is there a removal clinic that pays attention to scars? It was my first surgery, but they made a straight-line incision, so the scar is too visible. Maybe it would have been different if they had at least done a W-shaped incision. More than the current shape or discomfort, the columellar scar is the most annoying thing. Fortunately, it’s not a depressed scar or a raised scar, but the pigmentation is severe, so it also feels like it looks slightly sunken. Would laser treatment be effective?
